Transmutations reimagines architecture as a living, evolving entity. Departing from static monumentality, the work reveals hidden forms beneath the façade, suggesting buildings not as fixed objects, but as organisms in constant flux.
Through organic motion, generative animation, and fluid transformation, the surface pulses with energy. Architectural elements dissolve into shifting geometries, then reassemble into new configurations: dynamic, responsive, and alive.
Transmutations was projected onto the National Gallery in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 8–11 May 2025.
The work was awarded 3rd Place in the Lunar Festival of Lights international competition.
As a sequel, Transmutations II was projected onto the iconic GPO Building in Dublin from 1–21 December 2025.
The work was selected as a finalist in the international competition organised by Dublin City Council as part of Dublin Winter Lights 2025.
